Yes.BlueRosePottery.com uses industry standard 128-bit encryption to protect customer inforormation for all online transactions. Additionally, Blue Rose does not share customer information with outside vendors or store customer credit card information, unless specifically requested.

Orders are delivered via UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air services within the continental United States and Canada. USPS also delivers to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses.

Ordering from BlueRosePottery.com is simple and fast. Simply browse our store for items and set up an account to order. If you are interested in ordering other items, click “Continue Shopping” or “Checkout” to make the final purchase. If you don’t find what you are looking for, simply click the upper right hand link that reads “”Don’t see what you’re looking for?,” and our customer service department will respond in a timely manner.
- How can I track my order? After ordering, you will receive a UPS tracking number. You can get the status of your shipmenton their web site, www.ups.com.
- How do I determine what my shipping & handling will be?
For most orders, shipping will be determined automatically during the checkout process.
- How do I know when my order will arrive?
Customers receiving merchandise on the East Coast should receive their order in 3-5 business days; Midwest, 5-7 business days; West Coast, 7-10 business days. All continental United States and Canada addresses may track progress via www.ups.com. All other orders should take 10-14 business days.
- What is your return policy?
BlueRosePottery.com will accept for return any unused item if received within 30 days of the item’s original shipping date. Once a return has been received and determined to be in good condition, you have the opportunity to either receive a refund on the purchaser’s credit card or obtain a credit toward future purchases with BlueRosePottery.com

Not at the present time.
- What if my shipment or part of my shipment is damaged?
If your pottery arrives damaged, contact us within 10 business days from receipt of order. Keep all original materials. We will refund your money or send you a replacement, whichever you prefer. Please keep in mind that this pottery is handmade, so there are no “perfect” pieces and the patterns may differ very slightly from piece to piece. You have our guarantee that you will be shipped the best quality possible.
- Is the Blue Rose Pottery warehouse open to the public for shopping?
Yes, our warehouse at 1683 Katy Lane, Fort Mill, SC is open to the public for shopping on Thursday and Friday from 12 PM to 5 PM, and on Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM. The prices are the same as at our other retail locations but we have more selection at our warehouse.
- What are the directions to the warehouse location?
We are located at Exit 85 off of Interstate 77, 2 miles west on Route 160 to the Fort Mill Business Center.
